Die Atmosphäre

Ein Anrufer erkundigte sich nach einem Job. Akut konnte ich ihm nicht weiterhelfen, aber wir plauderten ein paar Minuten. Irgendwann erklärte er mir:

"Einzelhandel ist eigentlich nichts für mich, aber bei euch könnt ich mir das schon vorstellen. Die ganze Atmosphäre und so ist voll cool bei euch im Laden."

Nachdem ich als langjähriger Leser bei einem Bremen-Besuch unbedingt auch den hiesigen Noch-Spar-Markt aufsuchen musste, kann ich das bestätigen :-D

Da würde ich mir als Chef Gedanken machen, wenn Mitarbeiter die Atmosphäre toll finden ... übersetzt musst nix arbeiten, Chef ist ein Weichei und setzt sich nicht durch
