Wer zu langsam arbeitet, muß mit Kündigung rechnen. So lautet ein Urteil des Amtsgerichts Frankfurt (Az: 2 CA 254/04). Benötigt ein Mitarbeiter mehr als doppelt so lange wie ein vergleichbarer Arbeitnehmer, sei keine angemessene Ausschöpfung seiner Fähigkeiten mehr gegeben, befand das Gericht.

Nach Aktenzeichen und Thematik ist das vermutlich weniger das Amts- als vielmehr das Arbeitsgericht gewesen. :-)

-tth hat Recht: Es war natürlich das Arbeitsgericht. (Wer Zeitungsartikel richtig abtippen kann, ist klar im Vorteil. ;-))
