Das Telefon klingelte, Ines ging ran und meldete sich wie gewohnt.

Ich zitiere den weiteren Gesprächsverlauf:

Ist das geöffnet heute?

Ja, wir haben heute geöffnet.

Und wie ging es weiter? Mitarbeiterversammlung? "Leute, es wird ernst: ein Kunde hat sein Kommen angekündigt. Ist die Fleischtheke gereinigt? Ist das faule Obst aussortiert? Wer wischt nochmal den Eingang auf? Los, los, uns bleibt nicht viel Zeit!"
