Haltbar bis (nach dem)

In einer der Tiefkühltruhen ist uns noch eine (bereits reduzierte) Packung Tiefkühlhackfleisch aufgefallen, dessen Haltbarkeitsdatum vor ein paar Tagen den Zenit überschritten hat. Der Hinweis auf dem Aufkleber ist aber nett, falls ich ihn richtig deute:

Normal geht man ja davon aus das mit erreichen des Datums das Zeug giftig ist.
Also passt das schon.
