Gerste und Weizen

Zugegeben, in (fast?) allen Weizenbieren ist auch Gerste enthalten. Trotzdem wirkt irgendwie der Ausdruck "Gerstensaft" in einem Artikel über Weizenbiere merkwürdig. Geht aber vielleicht auch nur mir so.

Naja, "Weizensaft" hätte eh niemand verstanden. :-)

Ich präferiere für jegliche Art von Bier die Bezeichnung "isotonische Gerstenkaltschale". Passt auch nicht immer, klingt aber gut. :-)
