Eine Kundin stand an der Leergutannahme und hielt eine Flasche in der Hand, als ich gerade aus dem Lager gehen wollte:

Ist das eine stille Klingel?

Nein, eigentlich nicht.

Ich hatte gar nichts gehört.

Dann haben Sie nicht richtig draufgedrückt.

Ein kräftiger Schlag auf den Taster brachte schließlich doch noch das gewünschte Ergebnis.
