Natürlich helfen wir jemandem dabei, sein Handy aufzuladen. Gerade ältere Kunden und Ausländer haben oft Probleme damit, mit den Guthabenkarten umzugehen. Solche Leute haben mitunter aber, vor allem wohl aus Unwissenheit, die abstrustesten Einstellungen in ihren Telefonen aktiviert.

Gut, dass man mit etwas Übung Nokia-Handys auch auf Türkisch noch halbwegs bedienen kann. :-)

Ach, was bin ich froh über mein neues Girokonto. Da kann man das Guthaben ONLINE aufstocken - das ist einfach super-praktisch! Jetzt brauch ich endgültig keinen festen Vertrag mehr.

Solch ein Giro-Konto hätte ich auch gerne, bei dem ich einfach per Computer das Guthaben größer machen kann ;-)
