Das große Phänomen bei uns in der Firma ist ja, dass man für eine Arbeit, die nur fünf Minuten dauert, grundsätzlich eine halbe Stunde einplanen sollte.

Irgendetwas (Kunden, Anrufe, Probleme) kommt halt immer dazwischen. :-P
