No-Nica Minolta

Seit gestern Nachmittag zeigt unser Multifunktionsgerät hier nur noch einen Startbildschirm mit Ladebalken an. Was da passiert ist, kann ich nicht sagen. War es eine Störung? Ein Update? Eine Unterbrechung der Stromversorgung? Ich habe keine Ahnung, aber es passiert nichts weiter und auch nach einem Neustart, das Gerät war komplett Stromlos, fällt der Bizhub wieder in diese Anzeige.

Techniker ist informiert …

Turn Power Off inside front door
Press and Hold Down Utility/Counter Button & Keep Held Down while turning power back on until a black dot appears in the top right of the control panel display then release.

When booted to Trouble Reset Screen press Trouble Reset

An Arrow and OK should appear.

Switch off and on again and error should clear.

Kommt leider nicht nur bei diesem Konica Modell häufiger vor. Liegt wohl an der Datenübertragung.
