Ach, da ist ein Wasserschaden?

Interessant, was sich da unter der alten Tapete im Ex-Büro offenbart: Durch das Lüftungsrohr (ganz in der Ecke mit dem Gitter davor) ist offenbar durch den Wind Regenwasser gedrückt worden und hinter der Gipskartonwand bis zum Fußboden herunter gelaufen.

Der Rest ergab sich dann von alleine. :-O

Mit einer Flasche MELLERUD Schimmel Vernichter dürfte der "Schaden" an einem Tag komplett beseitigt sein. Vorher muss natürlich sichergestellt werden, dass keine Feuchtigkeit mehr nachkommt.

Auf Rigips? Das ist danach noch mehr Matsche. Zumal eine Flasche Schimmelvernichter mehr kostet als eine Rigisplatte.
