Vielleicht ist es ja hilfreich unter dem Einsatzplan zu vermerken, dass es sich hierbei nicht um eine unverbindliche Empfehlung handelt, sondern das zulässig ausgeübte "Direktionsrechts" des Arbeitgebers ist ... :'(
