Gelesene Fehlermeldung

Ein Kunde klingelte an der Lagertür und zeigte schließlich auf den Leergutautomaten, an dem die rote Lampe leuchtete. Er erklärte mir: "Da steht 'Annahmekanal nicht frei' auf dem Display. Das heißt wohl, dass da irgendwo noch eine Flasche drinliegt."

Wow, ein Kunde, der lesen kann. :-)

Bjöhörn,

du weißt sehr wohl, dass mancher Kunde, der bei dieser Mitteillung in Verwirrung und Panik gerät, sehr wohl lesen kann, jedoch nicht einmal weiß, was ein Display ist. :-)
