AIDA ist eigentlich ein Akronym und steht für

Anschließend Ist Diät Angesagt
oder alternativ auch für

Abnehmen Ist Danach Angesagt
Aber ist ja auch kein Wunder, wenn man sich den ganzen Tag auf einem Schiff am Buffet den Wanst vollschlagen kann. Der meistens reichlich genossene Alkohol, bevorzugt in Form von süßen Cocktails, tut sein Übriges dazu. ;-)

Lustigerweise ist das so etabliert, dass sogar AIDA selber diesen Spruch intern gerne mal verwendet. Da war ich wirklich überrascht.
